ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Pink Pawz normally carries stock on hand to package and dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed. Occasionally we will need to source from our suppliers, and that could take an additional 3 to 14 working days. As well as the initial email you receive confirming your order, we will notify you separately if there is going to be a delay. We will also email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

Items shipped directly from our manufacturers, such as large items like some beds and our Pet Loo, or International merchandise, may exceed expected shipping times. Your order may also arrive in separate shipments in these instances, but you will always be notified of these delays should they occur.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges are calculated on a total weight basis using STANDARD PARCEL POSTREGISTERED Australia Post or the EXPRESS Australia Post fee, to your post code region, depending on the option you choose during checkout. The delivery cost of your parcel will be calculated according to the total overall weight (allowances must be made for unusual shape items) and destination postcode. Australia Post assesses charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, which ever is greater. Note: Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations.

Any charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post.

Standard Parcel Post
Pink Pawz can not accept resposibility for items that are lost or missing during transit with Australia Post as there is no tracking number offerered and no signature on delivery. For peace of mind, we recommend Registered Post.

Registered Post
For added peace of mind, we now prefer to post all regular items via Express Post or Registered Post (depending on the option you choose during checkout)

Benefits of Registered Post;
- A unique identification number for every article
- Proof of posting
- A signature obtained on delivery

Note: Because a signature is required at delivery with Registered Post, if someone is not home at time of delivery, generally a notification docket is left in your mailbox informing you a parcel is available for pickup at your local Post Office.

Safe Drop Parcel Delivery.
Safe Drop Parcel Delivery allows Australia Post drivers to leave a parcel that doesn't require a signature, in a safe location if the addressee is not at home. If there are no delivery instructions on the parcel and a signature is not required, the delivery driver will look for a safe location at the address where the parcel can be left. This arrangement is referred to as Safe Drop* parcel delivery. A notification card will then be placed in the addressee's letterbox informing them of the location of the parcel. Delivery instructions can be be added when placing your order.

WARRANTY TERMS
All products are unconditionally guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship only for manufacturers time period or 7 days from date of purchase. Pink Pawz will replace such products and other than this will have no obligation. Warranty DOES NOT cover abuse, misuse, neglect, improper care, loss or damage from incorrect servicing.

PAYMENTS
Ordering Online is easy, safe and secure!. Pay by Credit Card, Paypal, Direct Deposit or Transfer, Cheque or Money Order. The only accepted payment method by Pink Pawz from International customers is Paypal.

Credit Card - We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise Credit Card information. This online system is secure utilising the latest 128bit SSL encryption. Your merchant's Terms of Service (TOS) is very clear that we are not allowed to store customer credit card numbers in a retrieval system. Hence, to protect you, your Credit Card information is not stored. If you prefer, you can contact us to process your credit card details by phone. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using you credit card to conduct commerce on our site. You may also finalise payment by;

Please be aware that payment received in the form of cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7 – 10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by cheque. To order by cheque just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address on our Contact Us page.

RETURN REFUND POLICY
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If goods need to be returned, please contact us to indicate what problem you may have. Please have your invoice number ready and call Customer service on 0429 060260 or email info@pinkpawz.com

All returns must be accompanied by the invoice number on which the goods were supplied and date of purchase.

Goods returned for credit must be unused in original unmarked packaging and be returned pre paid freight. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused resaleable condition for refund.

Faulty product returns are not accepted without prior authorisation and must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in as new condition. Warranty claims will be repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion. Misused or improperly cared for products cannot be accepted.

We have the right to refuse refunds on incorrectly sized items ordered. Please always refer to size chart before ordering. If there is a size chart on the product page, use that one as this is most accurate.

What you CAN return:
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise that is unsuitable for resale including merchandise that has been worn
Merchandise that has been washed
Merchandise that has been altered or soiled
Discounted merchandise (eg Sale items)
Custom products (eg Personalised Collars)

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped because you changed your mind, you will be charged a standard 10% Cancellation Fee before credit is issued. The 10% Cancellation Fee will not apply if the cancellation is due to an error by Pink Pawz or as a result of the item being out of stock.

Orders are automatically processed using Paypal or our secure merchant processor and where possible, packaged for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees and hence the Cancellation Fee.

Returned goods that are not as a result of our error may incur a re-stocking fee.

COMPLAINTS
Claims for missing or incorrectly supplied goods are to be lodged with us within 3 days of your receipt of goods.
The ownership of the goods hereby sold shall remain with Pink Pawz until such time as the Purchaser has paid all sums owing.
